Good Neighbors is our monthly improv comedy show where we invite a notable guest to tell true stories, inspiring a hilarious hour of scenes and characters, raising money for a local nonprofit chosen by the guest!
This month’s guest is Alex Burgos, a proud West Side resident, community leader, and champion for change running for the Erie County Democratic Committee. Alex Burgos believes that Buffalo isn't just the City of Good Neighbors, but the City of GREAT Neighbors. Alex always wondered what it meant to be a great neighbor, and over the years Alex has discovered what it meant. It means providing people with all the resources they need to live long, healthy, joyful lives and building stronger communities.
This show will be raising money for Alex’s charity of choice, The Belle Center — a place where all are welcomed and each child and their unique culture is celebrated. They are determined to unlock an individual’s potential to advocate, educate and lead tomorrow’s society into a better stronger Buffalo, and offer innovative, educational, social and community building services for children, youth, senior citizens and families living in Western New York! www.thebellecenter.org
