DIVAS will meet next week, at 8 a.m. on July 30, at Expresso Co. No. 825. The featured speaker is from empower: Abilities, which has served this region for over 30 years, providing help for individuals who need help living independently at home.
This is a unique opportunity for the community to learn about consumer-directed services, where the client is in control, choosing a caregiver they trust to assist them every day with tasks such as housekeeping, dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, and shopping.
