BCW ‘Zine Making Class

This class will help you if you're a newbie or a seasoned 'zine creator.

Each student will be given supplies to create an 8 page 'zine, group & personal instruction, and a supportive environment to help get you going.

Led by Band of Bards co-founders Chris Benamati & Tim Stolinski, our course will be structured in two 1-hour blocks:

• Hour 1 will cover the whole process from brainstorming to finished 'zine.
• Hour 2 we'll break out for more personalized instruction based on where you are in that process. If you're just starting out you'll get help forming your story so that when you leave you'll be ready to start drawing pages. If you're already at the stage of drawing your pages this portion will give you feedback and guidance to help you finish off your 'zine.

This class is the perfect preparation for the upcoming Zine Fest at WNY Book Arts Center. If you're tabling or simply attending you'll find this class valuable.
