This two-part Introduction to Shamanic Practices course is for those who feel a genuine spiritual calling—not just curiosity. Together, we’ll explore the foundational aspects of shamanism, from sacred space creation to journeying with spirit guides. You’ll experience a blend of academic insight and hands-on practices to begin forming your personal relationship with the spirit world.
Topics include:
• What is Shamanism?
• Creating Sacred Space
• The Medicine Wheel & Four Directions
• Native American Altar & Symbolism
• Tools of the Shaman (drum, rattle, feather, etc.)
• What is a Shamanic Journey?
• Power Animals & Spirit Guides
• The Role of the Shaman’s Intuition
• Basic Drumming & Rhythmic Awareness
• Opening to Spirit Connection
This course is for:
This is for individuals ready to walk the path of sacred service—not just learn about it. Completion of both sessions is required to continue into the full program.
What to Bring:
• A journal
• 3-ring binder for handouts
• Shawl or hoodie
• Eye covering
• Drum or rattle (if you have one)
• Openness, presence, and willingness to practice between sessions

• Intermediate Shamanic Practice
• Advanced Shamanic Practice
Each level runs for 2 months and meets every other Tuesday from 6–9 PM
