The Borough of Buena Parks and Recreation is excited to announce our first ever summer theatre program Buena Broadway Bootcamp for children in the BUENA REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT + sending districts! Join us this summer for an amazing outdoor summer theatre program for grades 3rd to 12th as students audition, learn, and perform together in a collaborative effort! Our program will run from July 28th until August 30th with 3 performances. End the summer with a wonderful opportunity to branch out, make new friends, have fun all while learning how to dance, sing, and act!
AUDITIONS: Thursday July 24th from 5pm - 9pm
REHEARSALS: Monday-Thursday from 11am-3pm
PERFORMANCES: August 29th at 6pm
August 30th at 2pm and 6pm
PLACE: Rehearsals and performances will take place at Bruno Melini Park at the outdoor theatre. Address is 616 S Central Ave, Minotola, NJ, 08341
The program will be free for students to participate and admission will also be free! There will be limited seating available but space for chairs and blankets to be brought in the outdoor space.

AUDITION NOTICE! Legally Blonde Jr
Please prepare 1 pop or musical theatre song in the style of the show about 16-34 measures or a minute and a half. The song can be from the show. Students should bring a device to connect to play a track from or have a youtube video the audition panel can find. The song should have no vocals and be karaoke. No acapella auditions. Auditions will be for 3rd grade to 12th grade BUENA REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT + sending district students. There will be a form for parents to sign at auditions.
