🎮 Format:
• Fargo Handicap: R4 (Winner’s Side) / R3 (Loser’s Side) – “Hot” Fargo Handicap
• Minimum Robustness: 200+
• For players without 200+ robustness, the Fargo rating will be updated to 550 for men and 450 for women at the Tournament Director’s discretion.
• True Double Elimination
• 9 FT Tables | BCA Rules
• Rack-Your-Own
🎱 Special Rules:
• Cue Ball Foul Only (with exceptions)
• 9-Ball on the Break Wins (see special rule below)
• Winner Breaks
• 3-Foul Rule in Effect
• 9-ball does NOT count in the bottom two corner pockets on the break
• 2-ball must be racked closest to the foot rail
🔴 For APA/UPA Players:
• APA Players may be assigned a Fargo rating based on the Tournament Director’s assessment of their skill level or previous tournament experience.
• Please contact the Tournament Director before the event if you have an APA rating so we can evaluate and assign your appropriate Fargo rating.
