Partnership for Excellence 2025

The mission of Partnership for Excellence (PFE)  is to convene a remarkable experience- bringing together foundation and nonprofit leaders from across Santa Barbara County’s social sector to build relationships and explore ideas, strategies, skills and connections that enhance organizations, our work, and our communities. 

Founded and generously sponsored by The Foundation Roundtable, annual themes highlight relevant community issues and opportunities for shared learning and partnership throughout our region. Participants consistently praise excellence in programming and funder-peer connections as the most valuable cornerstones over 30 years of PFE convenings. 

La misión de Partnership for Excellence (PFE por sus siglas en inglés) es ofrecer una experiencia extraordinaria que reúna a líderes de fundaciones y organizaciones sin fin de lucro del sector social del condado de Santa Bárbara para establecer relaciones y explorar ideas, estrategias, habilidades y conexiones que mejoren las organizaciones, nuestro trabajo y nuestras comunidades.

Fundada y generosamente patrocinada por The Foundation Roundtable, los temas anuales destacan temas relevantes para la comunidad y oportunidades para el aprendizaje compartido y la colaboración a lo largo de nuestra región.
