Join us for our monthly Connect + Flow where we'll take a walk down to an idyllic beach, move our bodies in a gentle yoga flow, go for a dip in the ocean, and connect in Circle after for meaningful conversation.

8:30 am - Meet at the top of the walking track to Spoon Rocks
9:00 am - Gentle beach yoga
9:45 am - Swim & Snack
10:15 am - Circle
11:00 am - Walk back
