Heidi effortlessly floats around the intimate small group inviting in peace, clarity and rejuvenation, freeing your monkey mind of internal chatter and your body of unnecessary tension, lulling your soul to state of peace and balance.
BYO yoga mat, as well as a pillow & blanket for comfort if needed. You are welcome to lay on the floor on a yoga mat, or upright seated in one of the available chairs.
