This one day workshop is designed to give an understanding of the energy of crystals and how they can be used to enhance our well being. Whether you are interested in crystals for your own personal use or wanting to help others eventually through crystal healing, this workshop will give you an insight into the energy of crystals along with a chance to feel the energy of a selection of crystals for yourself. No prior experience is needed, and crystals will be available to use on the day and available to purchase if you wish to do so.
By the end of the workshop you will;
* Have an understanding of where crystals come from and how they are formed
* Understand and feel human energy, including looking at the chakra points
* Feel the energy of crystals and understand how they work within our energy
* Know how to recognise, select, cleanse and care for your crystals
* Begin to connect with the energy of crystals for yourself during the workshop
