Women Support Group: A guide through Shadow-Work // 🚩 CSAK ezt az 1-et kértem! 🚩 Feminista Fesztivál 2026

This is a monthly workshop for conscious femininity.
Our inner demons have something to say to us and usually they succeed whether we like it or not. It is a matter of how. If we deliberately step into a conversation with them, it is easier to be in control of the process.
So what is shadow-work anyway? How does it work? Why is it important? How do I recognize it? How do I make sure I lead the dance with it?
This any many more through a safe discussion, a little bit of art and a pinch of mysticism.
This event is free, english friendly and women only! LGBTQ+ women are accepted.
About the host:
Dimana Sotirova is a Master of Psychology with experience in cognitive-behavioral and art therapy. She leads individual consulting, creative courses and intuitive workshops. Inspired by the holistic fusion therapy approach, her work currently includes classical, creative and spiritual tools.

During the festival, we are organizing a fundraising campaign for the BMSZKI Dózsa Street Night Shelter, which provides accommodation in Budapest for homeless women and other women in precarity. They provide everything from low-access-barrier aid to a special 24-hour support. BSZKI also operates a trauma-sensitive gynecological clinic.
