PROGRAM PLAN:
🏔️ WINTER HIKE WITH VIEWPOINTS
4 hours long; not the easiest trail, so come with good health conditions please. We'll do plenty of breaks.
The forest and the landscape in Buda is magical now with the snow! I have attached some photos in the discussion part.
Bring your lunch so we can eat together in the forest!
🏔️ YIN YOGA & HANDPAN SOUND TRIP
We'll arrive to the famous Shivananda yoga center at 3pm to begin the second part of the program.
No need to bring your yoga mat.
Stretch & Release – Yin Yoga practice with Dóri
A slow, mindful practice designed to release tension, stretch deeply and reconnect with your body. Open to all levels, this encourages stillness, breath, restoration and inner calm.
***Yin is a great practice to prevent our muscles to be sore the next day, after the hike.
Nourish your Soul - Enjoy listening to a nurturing handpan 432 HZ (same frequency as Anahata Chakra) to open up your heart, helping your body and mind settle into calm. A moment to simply be, reflect, and relax.
Hot herbal teas will be served to you on arrival to the yoga center. Enjoy!
