This beginner–intermediate class connects movement and breath for an energising yet grounding practice. We’ll flow through creative sequences to strengthen and stretch, with safe options for all levels. You’ll have the chance to try backbends, forward bends, and playful inversions if you like.
And when the movement slows down, we close with deep stretches and a restorative sound bath—helping your body release tension and your mind settle into calm before you head home.

About Dori
For me, yoga is more than postures—it’s a path to raise consciousness, to move from ordinary awareness to soul-awareness, and to live from the heart. I see yoga as an art of movement woven with the magic of breath, guiding you into a moving meditation. In my classes, I want you to let go of what no longer serves you, care for yourself, push your boundaries safely, and learn appreciation, respect, and love.
Alongside Yoga, I also work with Reiki, Breathwork, Trauma release, Sound healing, Plants, Ceremonial practices and Women’s circles. My mission is to create a safe, open space where you can evolve on your spiritual journey, reconnect with yourself, and discover your own healing power. Every time we meet, I’ll welcome you with a big smile and an open heart.
