Ez az este egy meghívás.
Nem kifelé, hanem befelé.
Egy olyan térbe hívunk, ahol nem kell szerepet játszanod.
Emlékezés arra, hogyan mozog a tested, amikor szabad, milyen volt játszani, mielőtt bármit bizonyítani kellett volna.
Nem kell tudni táncolni, áramolhatsz kedved szerint, amit a lelked diktál.
Nincs dress code, nyugodtan vedd fel a legmerészebb, vagy a leglazább ruhádat.
Csak légy önmagad.
Az estét egy rövid megérkezéssel, hangolódással kezdjük, majd
G Flow szolgáltatja a hangfrekvenciák terjedését egy tudatosan felépített lelki utazásnak szentelve. Törzsi, afro, latin ritmusokra lehet számítani elektronikus keveredéssel.
Amikor a mozgás elcsitul, egy hangfürdővel zárjuk az eseményt, hogy mindaz ami megmozdult benned, testben és lélekben is integrálódhasson, @Terra by Kata - Yoga & Soul rendkívüli tapasztalatával, és eszközeivel szívből.

A tér szuperbiztosított energetikailag, ahol kizárólag táncoktatások és jóga órák zajlanak a hétköznapokban.
A teremben állítható fűtés és hűtés van, így alkalomhoz illően szabályozzuk a hőmérsékletet. Puhított padló van, ami cipő nélkül is nagyon kellemes.
Öltöző, férfi/női mosdó biztosított.
Cipődet kérlek, hagyd az előtérben a cipőspolcokon.
Megközelítés:
Batthyány tértől H5-ös hévvel 12 perc, Kaszásdűlő megállónál kell leszállni.
Nyugati pályaudvartól összesen 20perc, 10perc vonattal az első vágányról (Esztergom irányába), Aquincum megállóig, onnan H5 hévvel egy megálló. (Kaszásdűlő)

This evening is an invitation.
Not outward, but inward.
We invite you into a space where you don’t need to play a role.
A remembering of how your body moves when it is free, of what it felt like to play before there was anything to prove.
You don’t need to know how to dance.
You can flow in whatever way your soul guides you.
There is no dress code—feel free to wear your boldest or your most comfortable outfit.
Just be yourself.
The evening begins with a short arrival and attunement, then
G Flow guides the flow of sound frequencies, dedicating them to a consciously built inner journey.
Expect tribal, Afro, and Latin rhythms blended with electronic elements.
When the movement settles, we close the event with a sound bath, allowing everything that has been stirred within you—both in body and soul—to integrate.
This is offered with the heartfelt presence, exceptional experience, and tools of @Terra by Kata – Yoga & Soul.

The space is energetically well-protected and is used exclusively for dance classes and yoga sessions during weekdays.
The room has adjustable heating and cooling, so the temperature will be set appropriately for the occasion.
There is a softened floor that is very comfortable even without shoes.
Changing rooms and separate male/female restrooms are provided.
Please leave your shoes in the entrance area on the shoe racks.
Getting there:
From Batthyány tér: 12 minutes by H5 HÉV, get off at Kaszásdűlő.
From Nyugati Railway Station: approx. 20 minutes total—10 minutes by train from platform 1 (towards Esztergom) to Aquincum, then one stop by H5 HÉV to Kaszásdűlő.
