Previously, we lived in safe frames (so called post-Cold War system) and daily management was often mixed with leadership. Leadership is changing in ways we’ve never seen before. It is almost impossible to predict. Leaders must do what they have always done—but in entirely new ways. Same things approached differently. Leadership is not a science, it's an art. Leadership is not daily management, it's much more.
