Foglaljuk el a pici zöldterületet és használjuk térnek a Bethlen Teret! Hozz egy pokrócot, enni- innivalót, amit megosztanál a szomszédokkal, és töltsük együtt a nyár egyik utolsó estebédjét.

Desztán zenekar
Formációnk a régi mezopotámia területéről meríti dallamkincseit, jellemzően kurd, vagy török nyelven előadva, ugyanakkor repertoárunkban előfordulnak örmény, azeri, akár vagy arab feldolgozások is.
A zenekar vezetője Diyar van Derik, törökországi születésű, nomád kurd családból származó zenész, aki népzenei magvát képezi együttesünknek.
Zenekarunk tagjainak sokszínűsége által sajátos stílusban dolgozzuk fel a Diyar által játszott dalokat, belecsempészve balkáni, magyar népi, reneszánsz, és könnyűzenei elemeket.

Taste of Csikágó - bemutatkozik a szomszédság által kiválasztott művészeti projekt
Az ötlet Kocsi Olga képzőművész, Gara Ádám fotós és Pszota Dalma kurátor összefogásában született meg, és célja a szomszédság recepteken, ételeken és ezekhez fűződő történeteken keresztüli feltérképezése és összekapcsolása.
Szeptemberben áttranszformálják a Szendvicsbár első terét, és több étel fókuszú nyitott programmal várják majd az érdeklődőket. Ha többre vagy kiváncsi, találkozz velük a szomszédpikniken.

Neighbourhood Festival Opening Party - Batyus Picnic on Bethlen Square

Let's take over the tiny green space and use Bethlen Square as a community space! Bring a blanket, something to eat and drink to share with your neighbours and let's have one of the last evening meals of the summer together.

Desztán band
Our formation draws its melodic treasures from the old Mesopotamia, typically performed in Kurdish or Turkish, but also in Armenian, Azeri, or even Arabic.
The leader of the band is Diyar van Derik, a Turkish-born musician from a nomadic Kurdish family, who forms the folk music core of our ensemble.
Through the diversity of our band members, we work with Diyar's songs in a unique style, incorporating elements of Balkan, Hungarian folk, renaissance and light music.

Taste of Csikágó - presentation of the art project chosen by the neighbourhood
The idea was born from the collaboration of Olga Kocsi visual artist, Ádám Gara, photographer and Dalma Pszota curator, and aims to explore and connect the neighbourhood through recipes, food and their stories.
In September, the welcoming space of the Sandwich Bar will be transformed, with a multi-food focused open programme. If you want to know more, meet them at the picnic!
