One of the most experienced IYENGAR yoga teacher from the longest standing European Iyengar yoga community in the UK is coming to teach a unique workshop in Budapest that is focussing on the

"Progression from positioning (L1) thru sensitivity (L2) to perception (L3).

Oh, and Erika (co-owner of Amrita Yoga Center) has been studying at her senior (L3) program since 2011 or so:)

This is going to be the first ever full weekend IYENGAR yoga workshop with Sheila in Budapest, come to celebrate the occasion with an open-hearted community in Hungary.
