🌟20 hét F2H🦶🖐️
Ebben a kurzusban megismerkedsz az álló F2H és az L-base F2H titkaival. Emellett számos középhaladó szintű álló akrobatikus pózt is gyakorolni fogunk. Az edzések során olyan gyakorlatokkal építjük fel az erőt, stabilitást, egyensúlyt és koordinációt, amelyek hatékonyan támogatják a fejlődésedet.
Mélyebb megértést szerzel a biztosítási (spotting) technikákról, és minden órán lesz kézállás-gyakorlás és erősítés. A kurzus jól strukturált: minden óra az előzőeken tanultakra épül, így a készségeid lépésről lépésre fejlődhetnek. Ez a megközelítés segít abban, hogy biztonságosan haladj, önbizalmat szerezz, és fokozatosan leküzdd a félelmeidet.
Előfeltételek: biztos mozgás 2 high helyzetben, tapasztalat L-base F2H-ban.

🌟20 Weeks of F2H🦶🖐️
In this course, you will get to know the secrets of standing F2H and L‑basing F2H. You will also practice many intermediate standing acrobatics poses. During the training, you will build important strength, stability, balance, and coordination with exercises that support your progress.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of spotting techniques, and every class will include handstand practice and conditioning. The course is well‑structured: each lesson builds on what you learned before, so your skills can grow step by step. This approach helps you reach your goals safely, gain confidence, and slowly overcome fear.
Prerequisites: walking around in 2high, experience with L-base F2H.
⏱️ Time: Friday 17:30 - 19:00
📍 Venue: Inspiral Circus Center (grey room)
🏁 Start: 6th of February 2026
🔚 End: 10th of July 2026 (20 weeks)
💰 Fee/class: 5000 Ft per lesson
