A workshop különlegességét tovább fokozza, hogy az alkalmat Afronauta handpan művész varázslatos élő zenéje kíséri majd. A lágy, meditatív hangok segítenek még mélyebben elmerülni a mozdulatokban, a légzésben és a jelen pillanatban.

👩🏫 Yoga Instructor: Horváth Viktória
Horváth Viktória, one of BEAC’s excellent yoga instructors, will guide participants into the world of mindfulness, helping everyone experience true relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the workshop.
🥁 Handpan Musician: Afronauta (@afronauta.handpanartist_)
To make the experience even more special, the session will be accompanied by the enchanting live sounds of Afronauta’s handpan music. The soft, meditative tones will help you sink deeper into movement, breath, and the present moment.
