360 DESIGN BUDAPEST exhibition 2025
I am proud to be part of the upcoming sixth edition of the free 360 Design Budapest exhibition, taking place from October 9th to 19th, 2025.
This prestigious event showcases the best of Hungarian and regional contemporary design, aiming to elevate local creative talents and foster international connections.
As a participant, I will present my project, “Fusion of Tradition and Innovation,” a collection that explores the exciting potential of merging traditional ceramics with cutting-edge digital techniques. By transforming 3D printed forms into clay, I combine handmade craftsmanship with digital technology to redefine what is possible in ceramic art.
This collection emphasizes the relationship between handcrafted objects and digitally generated forms. The textures highlight the natural, rugged beauty of traditional ceramics, while the digital forms challenge conventional boundaries, creating a dialogue between material authenticity and modern innovation.
With over 30 years of experience, I see vessels as symbols of life, resilience, and transformation, reflecting a dialogue between past and present. My work celebrates this synergy, showcasing how age-old techniques like hand-building and firing can be enhanced by digital tools—demonstrating that tradition and innovation are interconnected forces driving artistic progress.
The overarching theme, “Fusion of Tradition and Innovation,” encapsulates my vision of ceramics as a living, evolving discipline. It’s an invitation to embrace change, explore new ideas, and reimagine the role of ceramics in contemporary environments.
I look forward to sharing this project with a broader audience and contributing to the vibrant dialogue of Central European design at this significant event.
I warmly invite you all to follow the journey, visit the exhibition if you're in Budapest, and join the conversation on how design and craftsmanship can shape a sustainable and innovative future.
Let’s celebrate creativity together!
