✨ Start the day with Rebecca in pairs by “Prancing With Poles”, a mixture of flatwork and pole work exercises linking in some test movements whilst incorporating fun themed layout of poles!

✨Second session of the day is with the talented Seraphina Williams, who has many strings to her bow; show rider, showjumper and eventer! Also a performance mindset coach.
Seraphina will take you through a combination of exercises finishing with a small course. This will be in pairs. (1hr lesson)
Or individual (30min lesson) please suggest which you’d prefer on booking.
❄️All ages and abilities are welcome, we can strip it right back to basics and push those who are interested in more advanced sessions.
🎉It is fun for everyone and you’ll go away achieving lots of knowledge from each session!
☕️ Help yourself to hot and cold drinks, biscuits and cake! However please bring your own lunch.
