✨ Start the day with Rebecca in pairs by “Prancing With Poles”, a mixture of flatwork and pole work exercises linking in some test movements whilst incorporating fun themed layout of poles! 
(45mins lesson) 

✨Second session of the day is with the talented Seraphina Williams, who has many strings to her bow; show rider, showjumper and eventer!  Also a performance mindset coach.  
Seraphina will take you through a combination of exercises finishing with a small course.  This will be in pairs. (1hr lesson)
Or individual (30min lesson) please suggest which you’d prefer on booking.

❄️All ages and abilities are welcome, we can strip it right back to basics and push those who are interested in more advanced sessions.

?It is fun for everyone and you’ll go away achieving lots of knowledge from each session! 

☕️ Help yourself to hot and cold drinks, biscuits and cake!  However please bring your own lunch.

• Please clear any dropping on the premises. 
• No stabling available this time, possibility of a small sand pens on first come first served at £10.00 for the day. Or by all means use your transport to leave your horses on, leaving them at your own risk. 
• Full payment taken on booking, cancellation 1 week before (50% money back) unless we can fill your slot, full refund will be returned. 
• No refund for any reason of cancellation within 48 hours of event.
