Walking and Writing - Wistman's Woods

Explore this Natural Nature Reserve renowned not just for its rare lichen and mosses, but also for its rich history and folklore. An experienced walking guide will lead you on an eco-sensitive tour of the area, and fiction writer Louise Sharland will lead through a series of creative writing exercises that will help you translate the experience of being in this extraordinary landscape into words. Suitable for all writing genres and levels of writing experience, and with a clear ethos of mutual consideration and support, this will be an opportunity to walk, write and celebrate Dartmoor in all its wonder.

The walk will take place from 11.00am - 1.00pm at which point we will return to a workshop area at Two Bridges hotel for a workshop that will last until 2.30pm
