Solstice Spiral & Cello Sound Bath

Virtuoso cellist Ben Roberts brings an evening of immersive live music and sound to the Moor Imagination Centre this Winter Solstice.

The performance will weave together electric and acoustic cello, voice, and percussion to create a rich, improvised soundscape that invites deep listening, relaxation, and connection. Blending the science of sound with timeless musical traditions, Ben’s work explores how music can help us feel grounded, present, and in tune with ourselves and the natural world.

As part of the evening, a Solstice Spiral will be created — a space to walk slowly, rest, or lie down and experience the sound journey in your own way.
