una domenica pomeriggio di energia&rilassamento
iniziamo con il WALKING YOGA ore 16:00 una splendida attività fisica all'aria aperta che unisce la camminata alla respirazione consapevole, alla meditazione e ai movimenti dello yoga. Alle 18:30 rientriamo per partecipare al BAGNO SONORO un'antica tecnica di benessere in cui il corpo disteso viene avvolto dalle onde sonore del gong, delle campane di cristallo e tibetane. A seguire, intorno alle ore 19:30 CONDIVISIONE di chiacchiere, dolci e tè.
