韓国オーガニック学校給食&農業フィールドワーク

韓国のオーガニック(有機、無農薬)無償学校給食の現地フィールドワークを6月下旬に実施します。全羅北道、または忠清南道の自治体の中で、給食支援センターを設置して給食食材の公的供給体制を持っている自治体を選んで、実際の学校給食の運営システムや苦労する点を聞き、また学校給食関係者と交流しようと思います。
日本の各地で進められている学校給食用農産物のオーガニック化や無償化、そして有機農産物の生産拡大などの課題解決に参考になる事例があります。ぜひ、韓国現地で学校給食の現状をご覧下さい。
