Chef Theodor Falser, a sixth-generation winemaker from the Dolomites, is internationally acclaimed for his uncompromising philosophy of absolute regionality. His dedication has earned him a Michelin Star for 10 consecutive years, 17 points from Gault & Millau, and recognition by La Liste among the world’s Top 1000 Restaurants.
