Titlul Ecstatic YOU ne-a fost inspirat de starea de extaz pe care o simțim atunci când ne dăm voie cu adevărat să ne mișcăm așa cum simte corpul, nu cum ne dictează mintea; așa cum nu o putem face atunci când "mergem să dansăm în club", unde suntem adeseori prea preocupați de cum ne judecă ceilalți (și să îi judecăm și noi pe ei).
Aceste întâlniri sunt invitații la a petrece timp cu și pentru noi înșine lăsându-ne îmbrățișați și purtați de ritmurile muzicii, energizați fiind de dansul liber de orice constrângere și de gânduri.
Deși am fost inspirați de evenimente precum Ecstatic Dance, 5 Rhythms sau Contact Improvisation, la Ecstatic YOU ne dorim să creăm un spațiu fizic și interior cu cât mai puține reguli, fără o agendă prestabilită, unde focusul este pe dans și fiecare decidem ce este benefic pentru noi conectându-ne la propria ființă prin ritmuri, mișcare și spontaneitate.
Pe parcursul a aproximativ două ore ne vom reconecta la propriul corp, vom dansa și apoi ne vom relaxa savurând “muzica tăcerii”, mereu conștienți și prezenți la ceea ce ni se întâmplă aici și acum, în fiecare moment care formează Prezentul.

FACILITATORI
CIC3RO și Denaturatiq au fost inițial colegi la un program MBA și s-au apropiat ulterior prin practica comună a meditației și prin convingerea profundă că muzica este o punte între cer, pământ și propriile noastre ființe. Uniți de pasiunea pentru libertatea oferită de ritm și de mișcarea conștientă, ei își propun să creeze ambianțe sonore în care energia sunetului facilitează exprimarea autentică și conexiunile profunde.
CIC3RO (Mihai Popa-Radu)
Cu un parcurs profesional variat (jurnalist, publicitar, apoi coach, trainer și facilitator), sunt unul dintre acei oameni care și-a trăit primele decenii din viață ghidați fiind și având grijă doar de minte și având o relație cvasi-inexistentă cu propriul corp și cu propriile trăiri.
Odată cu descoperirea practicilor mindfulness și apoi a meditațiilor active, muzica și dansul conștient au devenit părți integrante din viața mea și pe parcursul ultimilor 15 ani am experimentat și inclus diferite tipuri de practici care aduc laolaltă cele trei părți care mă compun (corpul, mintea & trăirile), printre ele numărându-se meditațiile active OSHO, Trance Dance Ritual și Ecstatic Shaking (practici pentru care sunt facilitator acreditat), precum și Ecstatic Dance, Spirit Wave și 5 Rhythms.
DENATURATIQ (Mihai Răuță)
Corporatist ziua, Țesător sonor noaptea (și tot ce e între ele). Poate că sunt unul dintre acei oameni care încearcă să nu se piardă în Excel-uri în timp ce caută drumul înapoi spre natura primară. Viața mea este un balans continuu între rigoarea jobului de corporație, haosul frumos al familiei și dorința de a fi prezent – atât în interior, cât și în exterior.
Ca artist vizual, „vânez” conștientizarea prin lentila aparatului foto, iar ca muzician, transform stările în sunet. În rolul de facilitator (Osho Active Meditations, Trance Dance Ritual și Ecstatic Shaking), te invit să ieșim din minte și să intrăm în corp. Muzica de la evenimentele mele este creată special pentru Ecstatic Dance, fiind extrasă direct din practica mea personală. Practic, te ajut să „te scuturi” de stres până când dai de tine cel adevărat.

Pregătire:
Îți sugerăm să îți aduci soșete (în sală intrăm fără încălțăminte) și o ținută lejeră în care să te poți mișca liber (ai la dispoziție o garderobă pentru a te schimba). De asemenea, îți poți aduce un recipient cu dop pentru apă, în sală vom intra fără căni/pahare.

The title Ecstatic YOU was inspired by the state of ecstasy we feel when we truly allow ourselves to move the way the body feels, not the way the mind dictates — something that we can't do when we go dancing in a club, where we are frequently too preoccupied with how others judge us (and us also judging them).
These gatherings are invitations to enjoy time with and for ourselves, allowing us to be embraced and carried by the rhythms of the music, energized by free movement, unburdened by limitations and thoughts.
Although we have been inspired by similar practices such as Ecstatic Dance, 5Rhythms, or Contact Improvisation, at Ecstatic YOU we aim to create a physical and inner space with as few rules as possible, without a preset agenda, where the focus is on dance and each of us decides what is beneficial in the moment by connecting to our own being and feelings through rhythm, movement, and spontaneity.
Over the course of approximately two hours, we will reconnect with our bodies, dance freely, and then relax while savoring the “music of silence,” always conscious and present with what is happening with us here and now, in every moment that forms the Present.

FACILIATORS
CIC3RO and Denaturatiq were initially colleagues in an MBA program and later grew closer through their shared meditation practice and a deep conviction that music can be a bridge between heaven, earth, and our own inner beings. United by a passion for the freedom offered by rhythm and conscious movement, they aim to create soundscapes in which the energy of sound facilitates authentic expression and deep connections.

With a diverse professional background (journalist, advertising professional, then coach, trainer, and mindfulness facilitator), I am one of those people who lived the first decades of life guided almost exclusively by the mind, caring only for it, while having a quasi-nonexistent relationship with my own body and inner experiences.
Music and conscious dance are now integral parts of my life, and over the past 15 years I have explored and integrated various practices that bring together the three parts that make me who I am (body, mind, and inner experiences). Among them are Osho Active Meditations, Trance Dance Ritual, and Ecstatic Shaking (practices for which I am a certified facilitator), as well as Ecstatic Dance, Spirit Wave, and 5Rhythms.
DENATURATIQ (Mihai Răuță)
Corporate by day, sound shaman by night (and everything in between). Perhaps I’m one of those people trying not to get lost in spreadsheets while searching for the way back to our primal nature. My life is a continuous balancing act between the rigor of a corporate job, the beautiful chaos of family life, and the desire to be present—both inwardly and outwardly.
As a visual artist, I consciously “hunt” awareness through the camera lens, and as a musician, I translate inner states into sound. In my role as a facilitator (Osho Active Meditations, Trance Dance Ritual, and Ecstatic Shaking), I invite you to step out of the mind and into the body. The music at my events is created specifically for Ecstatic Dance, drawn directly from my personal practice. In essence, I help you “shake off” stress until you reconnect with your true self.

Suggested outfit:
We suggest you bring socks (we enter the dance hall without shoes) and a light outfit in which you can sweat and move freely (you can change in the wardrobe). Also, you can bring a container with a stopper for water, in the room we will enter without mugs/glasses.
