Smoke On The Water at Breakers Marina

This year as part of Tennessee River Jam, we have the Paul Thorn Band and J.D. Graham on Friday June 6th at 7pm. Besides our regular delicious menu, Cutting Edge Catering will be serving "Smoke On The Water" A Barbecue Trinity Sampler from 5:30 t0 7:30 featuring the following:

Each plate will offer 2 pieces of slow smoked Brisket, 8oz smoked pulled pork,
2 pork ribs with house sauces, loaded hot potato salad, cowgirl baked beans, southern slaw, cornbread and momma style banana pudding all for only $24.95.
