Ulrike is the sole teacher and owner of River of Life Yoga Studio
Ulrike is a RYT500 certified teacher through Yoga for your Life Teacher Training School led by Kim Sellers & Kathleen Flanagan.
She holds additional certifications in Reiki ,Yin ,Restorative Yoga and Pelvic Floor Yoga & Sound Healing
The foundation of her teaching combines the physical with the spiritual journey.
Bringing awareness to the body, breath, movement, and meditative side of yoga. Creating a safe environment for her students is very important to Ulrike.
Her passion is Restorative Yoga and Sound Journeys !
