You'll follow along as our Executive Chef showcases three approachable dishes, sharing shortcuts, substitution tips, and kitchen tricks that work in any space.

Optional Drink Pairings
We’ll offer beverage pairings (both alcoholic and non) to complement each dish, keeping things casual and accessible. Student tickets include non-alcoholic beverage pairings, with the option to upgrade to crafted wine pairings specially curated to each dish.

Recommended Attire:
This is a relaxed, come-hungry kind of class. Flannel, sneakers, or work clothes welcome.
Doors open at 12:30 for a welcome beverage and mingling. Demonstrations begin promptly at 12:45pm.
