Join breathwork facilitator Vaughan Dagnell in the first of his series 'Conscious Connected Breathwork' in our beautiful woodland space

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative self-healing practice that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness, helping you to:

Access and explore emotions that may be blocked, stuck or dormant.

Better manage anxiety and stress.

Prevent burnout

Develop self-awareness, acceptance and compassion.

Enhance focus and mental clarity

Expect to be guided by voice and music and nourished from connecting with nature. This will be taking place outside amongst the forest trees and summer sky.

Afterwards we will take time for a 'potluck' style food offering and some time to hang out by the fire together.
