Autumn Retreat

Autumn is a transformative season, where we can choose to embrace and trust that whatever we let go of is paving the way for clarity and inner peace. By shedding what no longer serves us, we make space for new creativity, allowing our aspirations to flourish. As the seeds of autumn fall, we know they will awaken and grow in the spring. As the light and darkness of autumn align, we can harmonise the opposing forces within ourselves, fostering equilibrium in every aspect of our lives. The winds of change are guiding us towards what lies ahead. In this one-day workshop, we will ride the autumn winds onward, harvesting our desires and relinquishing what no longer resonates, bringing balance, creativity, clarity and peace into our lives. It's a time to embrace new opportunities and bid farewell to the old.
