SITARDUST is a Belgo-Indian musical journey mixing Eastern and Western flavours, involving South- and North-Indian as well as Jazz and Western rhythmic and melodic patterns.
The band has played in many Belgian venues, including Muziekpublique, Le Botanique, Le 140, La Ferme Du Biéreau, Abbaye De Floreffe, Arsonic, l'An Vert, Uhoda Jazz à Liège, Jam'in Jette, many Centres Culturels from Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles,
EUROPALIA India, and of course Art Base, among others.
The music is based on Joachim Lacrosse's sitar compositions. Two albums have been released by Liège famous independent label
homerecords.be : "Sitardust" (2016) and "Sitardust Suites" (2023).
