Humans have observed the summer solstice as early as the Stone Age, making this one of our oldest continuous ritual practices. Continuing this tradition as the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, we gather to pause, reflect, and honor this powerful turning point of the year. The summer solstice invites us to celebrate growth, light, and the path we've walked — while gently opening space for what is yet to come.
In this special session, we’ll combine intuitive movement, drawing, and gentle reflection to connect body and soul. Through guided creative practices and a simple midsummer ritual, we’ll mark what we’re ready to release, acknowledge what we’ve become, and set intentions for the season ahead.
No artistic experience is needed — just bring your presence, your body, and your openness to renewal.
How does it work?
At this workshop, you’re invited to explore what’s moving within you through the liberating, healing, and insightful power of creative expression.
Like an iceberg, most of our psyche is hidden beneath the surface - unseen, yet deeply influential. Through intuitive, playful art processes, we can access these deeper layers and gently bring insight, clarity, and healing to what words alone often cannot reach.
This is not about making “art”, it’s about reconnecting with yourself and discovering your authentic inner voice through non-verbal self-expression inspired by Art Therapy.
This experience may help you:
• Quiet the inner noise
• Release emotional pressure
• Reconnect to your intuition
• Let go of what you need to let go
• Move forward in liberty, freedom and inspiration towards renewal
