You're not alone and you're warmly invited to explore what's stirring beneath the surface through the creative and healing process of intuitive collage-making.
In this session of the Express the Unspeakable series, we’ll explore the powerful symbol of doors what’s opening, what’s closing, and the thresholds you're standing at in your life. Whether you’re stepping into something new or feeling the urge to turn inward, this workshop gives space to explore it all.
Why collage?
Like a dream, collage allows us to bypass the rational mind and tap directly into the deeper layers of our psyche.
Using imagery, color, and spontaneous composition, we can uncover insights, emotions, and longings that words often can't reach. This is not about making "art", it's about expressing what's true for you, in the moment.
What to expect:
- Gentle body awareness and bilateral brain warm-up
- Guided reflection around the theme: doors opening, inward and outward
- Intuitive collage session using magazines, textures, and imagery- no rules, just flow
- Sharing circle and grounding relaxation to integrate what emerged
Who is this for:
Adults aged 18 to 70 - whether you're in a life transition, seeking clarity, or just craving a moment of soulful self-connection.
No art skills needed. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
