L'orateur invité est Jonathan de Patoul, vétérinaire, député bruxellois (DéFI) et conseiller communal à Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. Coauteur du Code bruxellois du bien-être animal, il s'engage en faveur d'un changement structurel.

The lecture will continue in French and will be simultaneously translated into English.
