Winter Solstice Vigil: Remembering Lives Touched by Homelessness

National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day falls on the winter solstice, the longest night of the year. At the Brunswick gazebo, we will hold a vigil to remember lives touched by homelessness—those we have lost, as well as the neighbors and advocates dedicated to supporting them. All are welcome to join a short program of readings, songs, and candlelight, as we reflect together and hold light in the darkness.
