- Sound bath & guided meditation
- Aboriginal oracle cards & Moon manifestation cards
- Journal prompts & Releasing rituals
- Nibbles & cacao
- Sharing Circle (optional)
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mats (provided)
- Blanket (Limited number available at the venue)
- Cushions (available at the venue)
- Eye mask- Journal /pen
- Water bottle
- Any items you'd like to add to the altar
- Wear comfy clothes
- Open heart & mind
***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier setup you have the better (you won't regret it)***
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed. Doors will be locked to allow the sessions to run on time without disruption.
