Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop

This workshop integrates the calming practice of restorative yoga with the transformative principles of Mindful Self-Compassion. It is designed to help participants become more mindful of their inner experiences, reduce self-judgment, and foster a loving, supportive relationship with themselves.

Be guided into gentle, supportive yoga postures designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and alleviate stress while being guided through self-compassion meditation practices.

Participants will develop a compassionate connection with their body through a body scan, practice loving-kindness for themselves and others, and learn to pause with care during difficult moments. Techniques such as mindful breathing and recognizing common humanity will help foster greater self-awareness, comfort, and connection. The addition of Restorative Yoga poses will further support relaxation, grounding, and the integration of these practices into daily life.

A workshop pass is required. Come as you are. All are welcome.
