Pop-Up: Prenatal

Intentional movement. Focused breathing. Purposeful relaxation. �

Prenatal movement classes support the more obvious physical changes of a woman's pregnant body, as well as the more subtle mental and emotional shifts and changes during pregnancy.

Shapes are chosen to help ease aches and pains, balance your body, encourage your baby to move into an ideal position, and as ways to discover coping strategies that may help in labor.

Breathing techniques and relaxation are selected to help your nervous system, mind and body to stay calm and present.
