Native seed and cutting propagation day

Come along and help us propagate seedlings to plant back into the Binningup dunes. We will have locally sourced seed and cuttings ready for propagating into seedlings for this coming planting season in winter.

It is a chance for you to get involved in the whole revegetation process from seeding to later planting as we aim to revegetate native vegetation cover over the dunes. Taking care of our stretch of coastline is up to all of us and we hope to develop a sense of community ownership over the project. We will be planting the established seedlings at an easily accessible spot near the surf club later in the year so you can watch your seedlings grow as time goes on.

The community propagation event will be held at the Binningup Community Garden on Driftwood Way and the potted up plants will be cared for offsite.
