Let go and find freedom in your body and mind through Intuitive Movement!
During this special practice, Maya will lead you through a brief meditation and opening exercises to tap into your intuition. Then, you’ll explore movement from a place of inner guidance rather than external cues or strict sequencing. Maya will draw inspiration from the elements, yoga, dance, and more to offer gentle guidance and support along the way.
Don’t worry if you’re unsure of what to do — there’s no wrong way to move when you listen to the spark within.

Meet Your Guide:
Maya Rook is the creator of Firefly Studio and offers a variety of wellness classes in Midcoast Maine. Her approach to Intuitive Movement is rooted in her experiences as a meditation and yoga practitioner and instructor, love of dance, and passion for helping people get free from mental constraints. When she’s not teaching, you can find her wandering in the woods, playing with her dog, or pulling tarot cards.
