FIRST TIMERS CLUB - QUEER DATING

Join us at 7:00 PM at Studio Take Care to start a fun night of swing dancing, mingling and meeting new, like minded people. The class will be hosted by two exceptional teachers from the Night Owls.

At 8:00 PM we'll all head over to Mr Wilkinsons for a drink.

As always, this event is for complete beginners! You don't need to be a seasoned dancer or dater. We're aiming to get a wonderful group of single people together to have some fun.

Sexuality: All genders, LGBTQIA+ event
Age: around 25-35 is our recommended age range
Skill level: Novice

What to bring?

Comfy shoes. Wear whatever feels right for you!

Conduct

To help create a safe and welcoming space for everyone:

• Please arrive clear-headed and respectful. A casual drink beforehand is fine, but if you appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, we may ask you to leave.

• Consent is essential — always ask and receive an enthusiastic yes before initiating physical contact beyond the dance class.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at any time if their behavior makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Dancing - By participation in the name of the event I agree to do so at my own risk. I know that my agreement operates to exclude any liability in negligence for harm that I may suffer. I confirm that I do not have a condition, medical or physical, that could prevent me from, or be aggravated by, participating in this activity.

Photography - I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be used by First Timers Club for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and other platforms. By attending, I give permission to be included in this content, unless I inform the organisers otherwise at the event (which is fine to do!).
