Chamomile Club - 6 September 2025

Our Saturday morning workshops are hosted monthly at Settlers Hall, Leschenault. Chamomile Club is open to all women. The workshops begin at 10 am with morning tea then we participate in a 1.5 hour dance or wellbeing session. Each month is a different workshop. The fee is just $40. The September workshop is themed 'Flex and Flourish'. Build your understanding and develop practical tools to enhance your physical, emotional and mental flexibility. The session will include some mindful stretching, emotional regulation exercises and cognitive challenges. Please bring a yoga mat, journal and pen.
