Lut Devreese deed jarenlang ervaring op in lichaamswerk en verschillende vormen van vrij-dans. In deze sessie verkent ze hoe je opnieuw voeling krijgt met je levensenergie, levensvreugde.
Ervaring is niet nodig. Niemand geeft erom of je er goed in bent. Gewoon opstaan en dansen!
