Bruges International Running Meetup (Tillegembos)

Running can be a lonely sport sometimes... Well, not anymore! Come and join our 5km run. Expats, tourists and locals are all welcome. Come make new friends as you run through the forest.

Meeting point: Kinepolis Brugge
Meeting time: 8am
Run length: Approx 5km
Optional: Bring a drink and snack to enjoy at the end of the run (we have a place to store them).

Note that this is not a start-to-run program, nor is this competitive event. This is a social event and we are mindful of runners with lower speeds. Look at it as a way to maintain your fitness level, or as a recovery run. Depending on the turnout, the group can be split in terms of speed. Run at your own pace and risk :-)

So, put on your running shoes and shorts, and join us. We start off with a warm-up and end with stretching.
