Bruges international running club - 5k morning run

Running can be a lonely sports sometimes... Well, NOT ANYMORE! Abbie and I are starting a run-together for everyone in the Bruges area who wants to run with likeminded individuals. Expats, tourists, and locals alike are welcome.

Note that this is not a start-to-run program, neither is this a highly competitive event. This is a social event and we are mindful of runners with lower speeds. It would be advised if you are able to run at least 5 kilometers. Look at it as a way to upkeep your fitness level, or as a recovery run. Depending on the turnout and situation, the group can be split up.

So, put on your running shoes and shorts, and join us. We start off with a warm-up and end with stretching.

Location: Ezelpoort (start and finish).
Warm-up start: 8.30 am. Please don't be late or you'll have to catch us up.
