5Rhythms®Heartbeatwave

Welcome to the international 5Rhythms®Heartbeatwave with Sylvie Minot from California. A special evening as we will dance a 'Sweat your prayers' before the Ancestors workshop a 2 days waves workshop in Bruges.
Everybody welcome on Friday October 3th!

The 5Rhythms movement practice acts as a kind of "reset" button, allowing the mind to relax and become more present in the body. A gateway to a more unified state of being, a way to integrate the body, mind, and spirit.
