The Local Shift is a twice-a-month live conversation series at Pioneer Tap House that puts the spotlight on the people, ideas, and stories shaping Brownwood and beyond. Hosted inside Pioneer Live, each session features a casual, engaging interview with a guest who brings a unique perspective, passion, or area of expertise to the table. From entrepreneurs and artists to community leaders and change-makers, these conversations dig into what drives them, what they’ve learned, and where they see our community headed.

It’s not a lecture—it’s a laid-back, face-to-face exchange over a drink, with plenty of room for audience questions and connection.
